The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, especially the gym. The location was fantastic, with the V&A museum, Knightsbridge street, and Hyde Park just a stone's throw away. It was also conveniently close to the National History Museum and within walking distance of the big museums and Royal Albert Hall. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, speaking multiple languages including English. The room was clean, spacious, and had two bathrooms. The elevators were perfect for wheelchair users. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was great.

Friendly staff, spacious & clean rooms for 5, convenient elevators for wheelchair users, perfect breakfast & dining room. Ideal location near Lourdes Sanctuary and shops with easy access to buses. Will definitely stay here again next year.
