The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym. The location was perfect, just a short walk from vibrant South Kensington and close to Knightsbridge Street and Hyde Park. The hotel was conveniently situated near transportation options, such as the "hop-on/off" London city tour buses, the Tube, and regular buses. There were also great restaurants within a few minutes' walk, offering a variety of global cuisines. Additionally, the hotel was within easy reach of attractions like the Royal Albert Hall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, speaking multiple languages including English. The room was clean, spacious, and had two bathrooms. The elevators were perfect for wheelchair users. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was great.

Friendly staff, spacious & clean rooms for 5, convenient elevators for wheelchair users, perfect breakfast & dining room. Ideal location near Lourdes Sanctuary and shops with easy access to buses. Will definitely stay here again next year.
